The Frazier Octagonal Barn is located on Cottonwood Road which intersects the East Side Road about 7 miles north-west of Milton-Freewater.  The barn was built in the early 1900's with the octagonal shape allowing large unobstructed interior spaces.  The nearby smaller duplicate of the larger structure is a cistern covering a deep well; the upper chamber allowing for gravity flow water pressure to the house.  The ground floor is still used as a blacksmith shop as well as for storage.  This is a Century Farm presently owned by Robert Frazier.
